Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery items.

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or an item with a delivery issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so our team can review and assist you.

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Missing item in the order

Conditions for review

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must share your order number
  • You may be asked to provide clear photos or video of the package and product
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind after order delivery
